Configuração APN (Chip)
IOS Configuration:
1) Insert the chip into the unlocked iPhone (SIM FREE)
2) Check if your iPhone recognizes the chip. Connect to a Wi-Fi network and download your chip profile:
⇩ Softbank Profile ⇩ Docomo Profile ⇩ Docomo 5min Free Download ⇩ Docomo 25GB Download
⇩ Rakuten (Turn on WiFi → Auto Conf.)
3) After downloading, go to "Settings" → "General" → "VPN & Device Management", tap on the downloaded profile and install it (top right of the screen)
4) On your iPhone, turn off the Wi-Fi option and restart your iPhone.
5) After the antennas appear on the screen, the configuration is complete.
*In the case of a Rakuten chip, simply activate the Wi-Fi option on your iPhone and the configuration will be done automatically. After configuration, restart your iPhone and you're done.

Android Configuration:
1) Insert the chip into the unlocked smartphone (SIM FREE)
2) Check if the smartphone recognizes the chip.
3) Go to "Settings" → "Mobile Networks" or "Cellular Networks" → "Access Point Names (APN)"
4) Press "+" and fill in the data of your chip type and save
5) Check if this newly created APN is selected
6) If your cell phone's Wi-Fi is active, turn it off and check if the internet is active
*In the case of a Rakuten chip, simply activate the Wi-Fi option on your smartphone and the configuration will be done automatically. After configuration, restart your smartphone and you're done.

What to do when the chip size is different?
The chip size of iPhone/Smartphone is NANO.
If your chip is MICRO or MINI, remove the frame until it is NANO (smaller) size.
If your SIM card does not have a removable frame, please contact us via the Support Form .
The iPhone/Smartphone does not recognize the chip
Make sure your iPhone/Smartphone is unlocked. Or check if the use of your iPhone/Smartphone is restricted by your carrier.
If your iPhone/Smartphone is damaged, use a new unlocked phone.
I configured the APN, but I still have no internet
iPhone:
1. Double-check that you downloaded the correct profile for your chip type, and that it was installed successfully.
2. Check on your iPhone in "Settings" → "Cellular" whether the "Mobile Data" option is turned on. Or check whether roaming is disabled.
Smartphone:
1. Confirm again that you have configured the data specific to your SIM card type. If incorrect, create a new APN.
2. Check if the data entered is correct. If incorrect, edit again and save.
3. Check in "Settings" → "Mobile Networks" or "Cellular Networks" whether the "Mobile data" option is activated.

I don't know what type of APN to use on my chip
The APN information of the chip differs depending on the plan.
Please check the Plan Details document that was sent along with the Chip.

The internet suddenly stopped working
iPhone:
1) Try turning your iPhone off and on once.
2) If you are unable to resolve the issue, on your iPhone, go to "Settings" → "Cellular" and check whether the "Mobile Data" option is enabled. Or check whether roaming is disabled.
3) Check how many Gigabytes of internet your plan has. If you have already used up the Gigabytes available for the month, the internet will stop working.
On the 1st of the month, turn your iPhone off and on again, the internet will return automatically.
If you wish to change/add a plan, use the form to request support.
4) Check if your invoice payment is up to date.
Smartphone:
1) Try turning your smartphone off and on once.
2) If you are unable to resolve the issue, go to "Settings" → "Mobile Networks" or "Cellular Networks" if the "Mobile Data" option is enabled.
3) COMBO plan (2 chips): Go to "Settings" → "Mobile Networks" or "Cellular Networks" and check if the data chip is selected correctly for data chip (usually sim 2/chip2).
4) Check how many Gigabytes of internet your plan has. If you have used up the available Gigabytes for the month, the internet will stop working. On the first day of the month, turn your smartphone off and on again, the internet will return automatically. If you want to change/add a plan, use the form to request support.
5) Check if your invoice payment is up to date.

I received SMS 157
If you received this message, it means that you have already used up the available data on your plan. On the first day of the month, turn your cell phone off and on again. The internet will return automatically.
PIN number
The PIN number is different for each carrier. Check the list below for the default numbers.
If you changed it yourself, enter the changed number.
Softbank PIN (default): 9999
Docomo PIN (default): 0000
AU PIN (default): 1234
Please note that if you enter the wrong PIN number several times, you will need to enter the PUK number.
PUK number
If you have entered the wrong PIN number several times, you will need to enter the PUK.
In this case, please request the number using the form below. Please allow up to 2 business days for the PUK number to be verified.
Please note that if you exceed the number of PUK attempts, the chip will become invalid. In this case, you will need to request a duplicate of the chip.
I lost my chip. What should I do?
If the chip can be reissued, you can request a second copy of the chip.
